Aimed at both male and female clients. The beauty of this plan is you can choose different classes each week based on work or family commitments. Depending on your current fitness levels we will advise you which classes will be the most beneficial to you. If you commit to us we will commit to you and help you achieve your goals.
£120.00 for 3 classes a week over an 8-week period costs include a full nutrition and diet pack, weekly recipes, a half hour induction and a weekly weigh in.
